1. Delivery

Inside Dhaka: Usually 1-2 business days.

Outside Dhaka: Usually 2-5 business days.

  • Delays: We work with third-party couriers (e.g., Pathao/RedX). Once the package leaves our hands, we cannot control traffic or weather delays, but we will always assist you in tracking it.

2. Trial

We cannot offer any trials during delivery.
But you can request for an exchange or return. Just reach out within 48 hours of delivery. Please read the exchange & return policy below.

At Cenco, we want you to love what you wear. If you aren’t entirely satisfied with your purchase, here is how we can help.

    A. General Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within  48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in perfect selling condition, and have all original tags attached.

  • Process: All requests must be submitted through our Return/Exchange Portal.

    B. Exchanges

Need a different size? We’ve got you covered.

  • The Process: Submit an exchange request on the portal. We will arrange a reverse pickup. Once the item passes our Quality Check at our facility, we will dispatch your new size.

  • One-Time Exchange: Please note that an item can only be exchanged once. Subsequent exchanges on the same order are not permitted.

  • Exchange-friendly situations: The size doesn’t fit, or the product has a defect (very rare but—we’ve got you covered)
  • A few pre-requirements:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, in perfect selling condition, and have all original tags attached.

    • Exchange delivery charges are paid by the customer

  • Good news: If the issue is on us (wrong size sent or a defect), Cenco will cover the exchange delivery cost.

    C. Returns & Refunds

If you prefer to return an item, a reverse pickup will be arranged. Transportation fee  will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Refunds are processed after the item passes Quality Check:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited through MFS (e.g., bKash, Nagad) or Bank Transfer. Please allow 5-7 business days for this to reflect in your account.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders are issued strictly as Store Credit or Coupons. This credit is instant once approved.

Note on Quality Control: All returns are inspected thoroughly. If an item is found used, or not-fit-for-sale condition, it will be rejected and returned to you.

   

    D. Special Exceptions & Exclusions

Please check if your item falls under a specific category:

  • Bundled Purchases:

    • Returns: You must return the entire bundle. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.

    • Exchanges: You can exchange individual items within a bundle (e.g., swapping one t-shirt for a different size) without returning the whole set.

  • Sale Items: Products bought during specific sales (e.g., “Season End Sale,” “Eid Sale,” “Birthday Sale”) are Final Sale. They cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

  • Accessories: Headwear and accessories are non-returnable.

    E. Damaged, Incorrect, or Undelivered Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, or if your package is missing, you must report it within  48 hours of delivery.

  • Action Required: Reach out to us on our instagram immediately.

  • Please Note: We cannot offer refunds or assistance for defects reported after this 48 hours window.

4. Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, dm us on our instagram with your Order ID, Name & Phone Number.

  • Before Shipping: If the order is processed/ready to ship but has not left our facility, it’s free of cost.

  • After Delivery Attempt: If you cancel after a delivery has been attempted, you’ll have to cover the delivery charge (Inside Dhaka 70 BDT and Outside Dhaka 130 BDT) only.
